Synopsis
The story follows Li Xun Zhi, a commandery princess who transmigrates into a novel. In order to prevent the fate of being executed by her husband Xiao Xing one month later, she takes the initiative to approach him and attempts to change his attitude toward her. Along the way, she deals with schemes from a calculating female cousin and suspicion from the outside world. During this period, Li Xun Zhi uses her intelligence to resolve crises within the marquis household and sort out the estate accounts, gradually winning Xiao Xing’s trust and regard. However, an infiltration by foreign spies draws her into a larger conspiracy.
